I have been in I believe the first stage of labor for probably a month now maybe 5 weeks tops. How long does this take. With my son I went to my 36 week check up and was admit to the hospital and had him that night. I am almost 37 weeks (on friday i will be) At my 36 week check up I was 3 cm dialated 70% thinned and the baby was all the way down in the birth canal. I know its the longest part of labor and I know at this point most pregnant woman are very anxious. It just seems to be taking for ever.
one more question::
As of today I have been having flu like systems. Such as extremely tired, weak, stumoch pain, a few contractions and this is gross but my stoles as of today have been loose. Am I getting close or Just being anxious again. (link)

I had sort of the same problem... i was 37 weeks and my baby put me throught the first stage of laor for two weeks... i refused the eds to stop labor because on the news up hee a girl got the meds and she really was term and the baby died b/c they stopped labor... i waited it out and went throught hell over the contractions for the next week then asked the doc to induce i couldt handle it .... he sent me to the hospital to induce but i ended up going into active labor that night and had a very healthy baby... try to wait it out till you are 38 weeks give the baby a chance to come on her own but if it is too much go to your doc n ask to be induced... and by all means do not listen to anyone about doing things to induce labor on your own my friend lost five babies from drinking castor oil, breaking her own water, drinking caffeen and eating harmful herbs your baby will come .... they just like to put you through hell before they do trust me the wait and the pain is worth it in the end.... if the pain is unbearable go to the hospital they will find a way to relax the pain without stopping labor.... and if its just a little pain freeze water in a water bottle and have someone rub it up and down your back.... if you are in labor tho some non harmful ways to induce is taking a stand up shower and walk walk walk... dont do much more than that tho

sounds like your security settings are too high... you may have firewalls blocking those webs try lowering your setting hun

I usually have my periods on the last week of every month usually starting between the 24th and the 27th. Last month (July) it was really late and it started on the 8th. I had a normal period with my normal flow. I started my birth control that sunday after that period. Oddly it's the end of July and I started a period on the 24th. Only It seems to be just spotting but its the 28th and its still goin on so I'm assuming its my period. Its not like my normal flows. It's emtremely light like it is at the end of my periods. What I think is I'm on my period again but its light because of the birth control. But if anyone has anything else or has any experience with this weird situation please let me know. (link)

This may be The birth control making thi happen , but it can also be your body telling you that you may be pregnant . stop the pill imediatly and tell your doctor. Hope i helped

I've not been drinking pop for about two months now...I'll drink one ever so often...I drink plenty of water, but my urine is dark yellow..so yellow it could be fooled for orange..

There are many things that can cause this. Eating certian foods, or taking vitamins. Sometimes you dont know you are getting these vitamins simply because they are in your food. But there are Medical related reasons why your urine is orange. 3 reasons why your urine may be orange is
1. Dehydration
2. Hepatitis
3. Jaundice
These all are not good things and can happen even if you try to prevent them. Drinking a lot of water does not garentee you will not get dehydrated. But it does help prevent it. Getting Hepatitus happens even if you dont know it. Like if you sit on a toilet (public or home) after someone who has hepatitus does you can get it. Also drinking after someone. And Jaundice occurs when the blood contains an excess of the pigment called bilirubin.
Now there is not way to be abslute sure weather this is simply from food or you have some kind of medical problem. The best thing to do is go see a doctor. But dont worry, these things are not major and can be fixed. :) Hope I helped.

The ringing in your ears is called Tinnitus. It can be caused by several things: hearing loss, listening to music too loudly, and some medications. Sometimes medication can help this, but it is often a case of put up with it. If it gets too bad, there are masking devices you can buy for nighttime use for sleeping. So please be assured that you are not going nutty or hearing things that would be part of voices in your head. This is clearly a medical condition of an audiological nature. Evry one hears this from time to time But if it is constant you need to talk to your doctor and get the proper treatment for it..

i had this problem.. y hubby before i married him found out i was a cutter i never cared about it myself but when i saw the hurt in his eyes i hurt to and he talked to me and cried and i never did it ever again. what i am saying is that if you show this person that it hurts you and tell that person how much you love them it just might work

ok so i met this guy his name is travis hes 22 and me and him have been friends for a few weeks

My mum just payed $300 for me to get hair extensions. I have wanted thick hair forever and I finally got thick hair when I got my hair extensions and I was so happy.
I went to the hairdresser today and I asked to get the ends of my hair cut a little bit shorter and I asked if she could razor the bottom 2cm of my hair so it wasn't cut straight across. Anyway by the time she had finished my hair is about half as thic as it was before and it looks all thin and stringy. I am so upset, I don't know what to do and my mum is really angry too coz she just payed so much money.

i sweat a lot and i use secret clinical strength..but i still sweat so much that it leaves sweat stains and stuff. i'm not overweight or anything i just sweat a lot even if i'm not really hot. but now that its summer i sweat more and i don't know what to wear or do about it. i wear black mostly but i want to be able to wear anything. this sucks a lot, any suggestions? can a docter help?
