I really need help on how to cradle. I am about to start stunting and i can already feel that i am going to bend my knees right b4 i jump. Can you please explain how it goes?!

1st of all, you do not jump, your bases throw you. your bases will bend their legs, then straighten them as they lightly toss you up, and then follow you all the way down into their arms.
your job is to STAY TIGHT the entire time. as long as you lock out your knees while you are up there, you shouldn't have problems with your knees bending.
pretty much you just need to let THEM pop you..you just follow them down as they bend their legs to prepare the pop and then they will throw you, you dont need to jump or anything, you just need to lift your weight up and stay tight. they will pop you up and while you are in the air just keep all your muscles tight and keep your legs together and arms close by your side. as you are falling, do NOT jump out of it or go forward. trust your bases and just fall back. THEY WILL NOT DROP YOU. your back base will catch you so dont be afraid to lean back a bit.
As they catch you just wrap your arms around your bases shoulders to kind of catch yourself on them.
It really is not that hard or scary. You may not land perfectly into your bases arms the first few times, but as long as you all know your counts and what you are doing, you have no reason to be worried about it.
heres a tip too...pretend there is a penny in your tush and you cant let the penny fall..meaning squeeze in your butt to help you stay tight and to help take weight off of your bases =D
