my ears

Okay, well I recently got plugs. And when I put them on me earlobe hurt. But that's only because it was really hard to get them in, and it took a lot to finally get them in. Well, the pain started going away. But now, the INSIDE of my ears are hurting. My left ear hurts really bad. And when I touch it, it feels worst. And as for my right ear, it just hurts when I touch it. My question is could it be because of the plugs? If not, what is it? I don't want to tell me my mom because she's going to tell me to take the plugs off and I don't want to do it cause I went through so much just to get them. Please help.

Boyfriend, best friend dilemma!

Ok.
I started going out with my current boyfriend last december.
I like him a lot, but have lots of doubts (that's probably me and not him though).
I kissed my best friend, just the once when i was sleeping over hers.
Then again, when i slept over again.
Then we made out on a pile of kayaks. On the same night we made out on her floor while all our other friends were in the next room.

i was just wondering, it has never happened to me thank god but if a girl or guy was to get raped 3 yrs ago. can they still do anything about it now.
i know that if someone hits you and you dont report it right away cops cant do anything about it if you report it later down the road with or without witnesses.
when we say rape does it mean the guy or girl has to have intercourse with the victim or can it be the taking of clothes off and almost having intercourse?

I'm 17 years old, starting my sophomore year in college. I'm a pretty good student, but I guess I could be better. (I usually get A's and B's, but I know I'm capable of getting better grades.
I have two jobs (veterinary assistant/receptionist and I also work for a small business).
I'm responsible, smart, nice, etc. And I want a tattoo and I'm not allowed. My parents just can't stand what they look like, even though I'm getting one that will be hidden under clothes and its small AND it actually means something to me and says something about me.

Restaurant Menu Testing! AHH HELP!

I got a hostess job at Texas Roadhouse and I start training Monday, August 11(tommorrow). I was given a layout of the restaurant(with numbers and stuff on the seating areas) and a FULL MENU. Being a Hostess, I find it weird I have to remember the whole menu. I understand that I have to know the layout and the "numbers" for all of the tables/booths/bar, etc.
Anyways..I have absolutely no idea what to expect. I haven't ever taken a menu test, I haven't even had a job before. This is my first job and I really want it and wouldn't want to blow it!
Any advice on what to expect and how to remember this WHOLE ENTIRE MENU. Ahh!
