Taking a warm bath with maybe some candles that have stress reliefe smells or smells that are ment to help relax you to sleep.
Doing yoga right before bed to relax your mind and body.
Warm milk.
Doing ANY activity that relaxes YOU most and makes you tired whether it be reading, listening to music, drawing, writing in a journal, watching tv/a movie... Anything that calms you down enough to put your mind and body at ease to sleep...
Or talking to a doctor about it.
For me it's not as easy but doing a lot of those things actually really helps. And I don't take pills because I don't believe in them since people can become dependent on them but anything that can just relax you I think would be the best thing for you to do. Like I said I'm not sure if it's stress related or a medical thing like mine or what but I hope some of these suggestions help you a little...
