okay , im 13 and i am a size 8 english sizes and 5 foot 6 .i weigh 49 - 53 kg depends on the time of day, i just started my period , and i feel fat aroung guys, i do 2 classes of ballet and 2 classes of moder dance each week and football, but im not losing any waite wat so ever , i also do home excerzize 2, i eat little n regular and NOTHING IS WORKING help! , i also tried puking myself but tht dosent work either! i need help

I've recently started speed walking (speed of 3.8 on my treadmill) for an hour to an hour and 15 minutes and using a resistance band doing 3 sets of 25 reps to tone my triceps and biceps.
How long would you estimate that it be before I start seeing results in my legs and arms?

I've always enjoyed dancing but I've only done ballet when I was about 6. (I'm 18 now).
Through high school I wanted to get into hip hop but I'm a chubby girl and was just far too self concious. Near the end of school I wanted to do contemporary but once again, far too self concious.
I'm not going to take it up professionally or anything like that, but is it normal for 18 year olds to start getting into dancing? I just feel so self concious because I'm still a chubby girl and I don't want to embarrass myself in front of people who know what they're doing.
Do dance classes like when older people start as beginners?
It's something I've always wanted to do, and now that I'm in Uni not...

I heard that Sketcher's Shape-Ups are suppose to help you tone thighs, abs, and your butt. Do they really work? Has anyone had actual results?
I also heard Reebok Easy-Tone is suppose to tone the same muscles but I don't know to trust this or Shape-Ups instead.
Help please. Will Rate good.

does genetics have anything to do with whether or not you can tone certain areas? cuz my legs, particularly my thighs, are pretty chubby and its genetic and ive played soccer for 6 years and tennis for 2 and my legs have never really toned up after all that. they do just a little bit during the seasons but anyway thats mainly my calves, my thighs perty much stay the same, any ideas on what i can do?

I asked you a question a while ago and it was something about exercise or something.. I forget but you gave me this really really good website and it had like everything about exercises,nutrition, calorie calculator, etc. I think it had the word 'teen' in it but I'm not really sure. If you could give me that website again (if you remember) that would be awesome!

I'm 5'6" and weigh 120 lbs. I'm really happy with my body, except for my love handles. I've been starting to run for 20 minutes everyday but what other ways can I burn the fat on my love handles?

hello there...
i already asked a question about working out at nite.. i would also like to ask if anybody can please tell me an effective way to loose fats from my love handles that is the side tyres... i really hate them...i dont have any sophisticated machines...just an electric tredmill,a punching bag and an abs workout machine.
and please also tell me that is doing the boxing thing on the puching bag a good workout???i want to loose like 15 kgs in least possible time..i am planning a 2 to 3 hours work out at night before going to sleep...
please help...

hello there wise friends.. i am 21 male and is facing a problem with my weight these days... according to my height and buid i like my weight to be 80 to 82 kgs max... but due to some bad routines and exams i have put on weight and am doing around 95 kgs which i am really hating a lot.... but the problem is that i don't get any time to workout at day time ..the only time i am free is after 9 pm that is before i sleep ..i usually sleep around 12 at night...so i was planning to do a 2 to 3 hours workout before i sleep but somebody told me that it is not effective,...the only way to loose weight is to workout in the morning..is it so...i have installed a tredmill ,a punching bag and an abs workout machine in my room..but before i really starte...

I want to lose 10 pounds in the next 2 months- By June 15th. I am female, 17 years old, i currently weigh 165-170 lbs (it fluctuates) and i am 5'9". I want to weigh 155-160 lbs. I was wondering if someone can make me a daily work-out plan i could do over the next couple months to help me achieve my goal. I really don't know many effective exercises.

Hi there,
I think I'm undereating sometimes, but at other times I think I'm overeating. I have a food journal, and I'm really calorie conscious.
So I was wondering how many calories I should be consuming if I exercise 4-5 days a week at about an hour to an hour and a half. I'd say I do moderate exercise.

I have a chubbier face than anything else, it's easy for me to lose stomach weight but my face never thins out. I know this is kinda ridiculous but is there anything I can do to lose that chubbiness is my cheeks? Thanks!

are diet pills effective when paired with exercise? i know the common sense thing would just be to eat better, but i'm naturally pretty thin, so having a fast metabolism i've eaten horrible my whole life. also i live on a college campus so good nutritional food is hard to come by. i do go to the gym 3-5 times a week, so would diet pills help me speed up the process at all? i just have about 5-10 pounds i'd like to lose.
also do diet pills affect birth control?

can anyone tell me the differences between a road bicycle and a beach/cruiser bicycle? could i use a cruiser on the road or is it only meant for the beach? does the cruiser not go as fast as a road bike? i'm confused but i'd love to buy a new bike. please help! thank you!

sorry if this is in the wrong category, i didnt really know which category to put it in. :/
so basically i am really, really clumsy. i trip and fall over things constantly. any way i could become more graceful?
also, i do not have much athletic ability. im tired of embarassing myself in gym class and i want to be a good athlete. im not overweight, im actually very slim but i dont have much muscle. any beginner workout tips?

So I'm 15/f, 5'3" tall, and currently weigh 131 pounds. (I hate even typing that number.) Two years ago, I weighed about 140 and completely hated it, so I starved myself. For about a week, I ate barely anything, but I would never go more than a day without eating at least something, even if it was just one or two tortilla chips. It was more just for the feeling of eating, if you get what I mean. In that week, I lost about 16 pounds (so I was 124) and within the few weeks after that, I got down to 116. I haven't exactly starved myself since for that amount of time, but I do go without enough food some days. I don't want to say I've been comfortable with myself since then, but I've kind of learned to ignore it and pretend I am. But latel...
