i already asked a question about working out at nite.. i would also like to ask if anybody can please tell me an effective way to loose fats from my love handles that is the side tyres... i really hate them...i dont have any sophisticated machines...just an electric tredmill,a punching bag and an abs workout machine.
and please also tell me that is doing the boxing thing on the puching bag a good workout???i want to loose like 15 kgs in least possible time..i am planning a 2 to 3 hours work out at night before going to sleep...
please help...
