Crunches, squats and lunges, plus basic floor routines and stretching can actually help the body calm itself before bed. Just don't do anything active that will raise your heartrate. You could have trouble sleeping.

You can work out whenever and still lose weight it doesnt matter when you do it you just need to do it. In my experience working out in the morning doesnt work because your going to be tired weak and just not really into it and you wont be able to keep up with it so i think mid day or at night before bed is a great time to do it plus after working out you will be so tired and will also get a good nights sleep which will also help with your weight loss because the more sleep you get the better your body will be so dont listen to whoever said working out at night before bed isnt effective infact i think its more effective. But besides exercising you going to have to keep a very easy diet which will help you lose that weight faster and this diet doesnt have to be extreme just limit yourself to a few good things and cut the rest out for example take out sugary food and drinks for a few weeks and just drink water trust me you will feel so much more energized and cut back on the oily fatty foods like burgers and pizza and just have it once a week and you will lose your weight in no time. Good luck :D
