Well I'm really not for sure on how you would get your hips smaller. I know hips are common to be bigger on girls than they are guys. The older the girls get, the bigger they're hips get..well that's common. I have a similar problem. My stomach is flat, but I have a large chest. My hips are descent size. I'm just living with it though. God wanted me like this for some reason.....lol
