Dieting

Question Posted Wednesday April 7 2010, 3:59 pm

18/f/5'2/128-130lbs

Hi there,
I think I'm undereating sometimes, but at other times I think I'm overeating. I have a food journal, and I'm really calorie conscious.

So I was wondering how many calories I should be consuming if I exercise 4-5 days a week at about an hour to an hour and a half. I'd say I do moderate exercise.

Thank you!

about 1500-1800 calories a day it doesnt matter really how much you exercise per day you cant overeat or it wont balance out you can lose weight eating what you want but just in moderation for example pick a day of the week to treat yourself perferably saturday or sunday and that will motivate to stick to your diet and exercise and then on that day have a treat maybe have a burger or ice cream which wont do anything trust me it works ive been doing it for a few months and ive lost 14 pounds in just 2 and a half months.
