i work out everyday or like every other day but mostly everyday no im not trying to lose weight but im trying to stay in shape and i want to remain my current weight,im 13 & im like 5'5 and im like 54 53 and half kilos so i know im not fat at all im skinny but when i workout on my treadmille i sweat alot i run for like 2 miles and lose like 200 calories which i think is fine but the only problem i have here is that my calves and knees ALWAYS hurt me and i cant even bend down anymore because of how much they hurt, am i pushin myself too hard or what exactly lol? maybe my body is jus gettin used to it i dont know. cuz ive been working out for a while now but i startedd runing alot recently.thanks

I've been with my girlfriend for five years. And lately, it just feels like we're killing each other slowly. And she has high hopes about us getting married. But I'm currently unemployed, and struggling just to get back out there. Throw in my low self-esteem, and other issues between us like religion, our families, and it's just so damn hard.
She almost walked out on me crying because she felt stupid for waiting for me. I managed to talk her down, and we're still together. But looking back, a part of me feels like she really would be better off without me.
I always look at my relationships as things to continue working on and trying to make work to the very end. Is it wrong that I keep ...

Birth Control

I've been on two pills. Levora was great until I hit over a year of use then I started to gain 20 pounds in water weight & had PMDD. So I switched to YAZ.. mood improved so much but I am still gaining the water weight.. if not MORE!
It lasts for over 2 weeks and then my stomach goes back to normal for less than a week. I can't afford to keep buying new clothes. I look like I'm pregnant. I am on the verge of going up another cup size. I am 5'1, D cup, 100-130+ pounds & only 17 years old.
Any suggestions? I'm sexually active so I would like to switch onto another pill. A friend suggested Depo

Ok I've liked this guy for quite awhile now. My friends boyfriend found out I liked him. I deny it but he went and told the guy I like I like him. He still talks to me but its...idk weird. Her boyfriend said he will tell him I don't like him. I don't exactly know what to do. Now I'm so nervous to even be around him. He still jokes around but her boyfriend said, "pick on her" so yeah. first of all, im going to use letters other wise your gonna get confused.
Well, Me and K used to be really good mates with J and B,
but then J and B randomly started hating on K. So then i though it was really unfair on K because J and B were being real bitches to K.
So now ive stepped in. Now J and B are being really mean to me! not trying to sound vain here, but i normally wouldnt give if someone said stuff to me, and ive been in fights and all, but normally people would just stop this thng but J and B just wont quite with it. Okay i am concerned that i havent had my period in almost two years but i dont want to go the Vagina doctor. I mean it would be smart but i guess i am just worried that i might have something wrong with me and i dont want to be told that i do. i dont have gym this symester at school.
so i had to go to the nurse to get my height&&wight and stuff like that.

butt i couldnt do that.
