i work out everyday or like every other day but mostly everyday no im not trying to lose weight but im trying to stay in shape and i want to remain my current weight,im 13 & im like 5'5 and im like 54 53 and half kilos so i know im not fat at all im skinny but when i workout on my treadmille i sweat alot i run for like 2 miles and lose like 200 calories which i think is fine but the only problem i have here is that my calves and knees ALWAYS hurt me and i cant even bend down anymore because of how much they hurt, am i pushin myself too hard or what exactly lol? maybe my body is jus gettin used to it i dont know. cuz ive been working out for a while now but i startedd runing alot recently.thanks

It does not have to be because you are pushing yourself too hard. Certainly your routine does not sound excessive at all.

Some people get knee problems, it does not have to be more complicated than that. However, you MUST go and get it checked by a doctor. Particularly if it is getting worse and it is as bad as you describe. Your body should not be reacting this way, so it could well be something that will not just pass on its own.

A doctor will be able to tell you exactly what you should and should not be doing. He may even need to refer you to a specialist. Advice on this site will simply not suffice since it could be anything ranging from needing some rest to surgery.
