im 13 and i weigh 173. i need help bad. how can i loose weight? i dont look like i weigh that much but i do. please help!

I weigh about 131 pounds and I'm 5'4 (I'm a female) I'm kinda curvy, but I would like to weigh around 115. Is this seriously a realistic weight? If so, how should I go about losing the weight in a healthy manner?

I'm 15 and kinda flat chested and I hate it cuz I don't fill out my clothes very well and I just wanna look good in my clothes and like im going to a wedding in a few months and I look so stupid in dresses becuz I look so flat, is there a way, like any exercises or foods or anything to make my boobs bigger? I heard that eating corn makes ur boobs grow.. is that true?

Wouldn't it be great if when I ask serious questions and really are interested in finding out an answer to a FITNESS question, my question gets deleted and so when I ask it again in simpler words it gets deleted again. If I can't ask questions about how to work out a certain muscle to become in ok physcial fitness, then what are we to ask in a fitness category?!?!

I have sort of a...strange question I guess: What exactly are a girl's hips made of, and is there a way to get rid of them once they develop? I mean I know that during puberty, you start getting hips, but I really don't like mine.
And also, I don't like the fact that my thighs touch when I walk or just stand with my legs parallel to each other. What can I do about this?

I just started to lose weight and I realized that I lost my butt. Now it is flat and looks like I dont have one when I wear jeans. Is there any work out for my butt that will make it look like I have one? Such as build the muscle up or what

Hi, I'm 18 years old and weigh 130 if that matters? I'm looking to lose weight in basically my stomache even though I know when you lose weight you lose it everywhere. My abs are my target zones. Does anyone have a good workout that will work for me?

Ok one day I was skateboarding and I turned because my friend called me and the skateboard ran into something and I fell off. I was having pains in my knee after that(I landed on my hands and knees) so I went to the doctor and it turns out I tore ligameants in my knee and have to wear a knee brace for 1 month! I dont know what to do. I skateboard all the time and rollerblade(and play TONS of sports) but now I cant do any of the things I love for a whole month. I hate it. Any ideas on how I could play sports & skateboard again?
