there are lots of things you can do indoors, jump-roping is EXCELLENT FOR YOUR BOD..
crunches in front of televisions always work for me
video tapes are good ideas too, they are inexpensive and very effective after no time at all.
just find the kinds you like,
for me the kickboxing video tapes are superb and fun..

Well, i don't know much about exercise videos but dance videos will def. get your heart rate up! ever heard of dance dance revolution? its for play station but it is seriously the most fun ever! and you will def. break a sweat after doing it for only 10 minutes! Things you could do w/o a video type thing are: jumping rope, running stairs, brisk walking, jumping jacks, running in place, and push-ups (suprisingly). Good Luck!

Running up and down the stairs is really good and not only is it cardio but it makes your legs stronger too. Jump rope is also really good cardio. If you do something like jump rope or jumping jacks in front of the TV then its a lot easier cuz it takes uyor mind off of what you're doing.

DrAnqel answered Saturday December 25 2004, 5:39 pm:
any exercise video usually starts out with cardio. If you don't want to do that, then you could run in place for 20 minutes, jumping jacks, jump rope, any of those things, just something to get your heart going. Hope I helped, good luck -Angel
