weight Hey, I'm looking forward to having some really good time at this party coming up, but its one where i gotta impress, any tips on losing belly and hip fat in 2 weeks? and no suggested pills plz.

lotsa lotsa water! 8 glasse of water a day and more if you want. no junk food what so ever! and if ur gonna have salad... don have a lotta dressing *hope i helped!* love alwaiiz, aLi *fedback is greatly appreciated!* ]
Drink a lot of water, it cleans out ur system. Don't drink any soda!! Cut down on all the greasy, fried, foods and eat more friut and vegetables. Cut down on the sweet food and stop eating when u r not hungry anymore.

more water and more crunches! if your up for jogging or jumping rope u will burn THE MOST ]
cut carbs, do crunches and cardio, work really hard though, and be consistent, otherwise I can't help you. Hope I helped though, Good luck, and have fun at the party. -Angel ]
Cut down on what you eat and drink a lot of water. Also do some sets of sit ups everynight and maybe every mornign when you wake up. It will help a little but there is no way really to get rid of a lot of belly and hip fat in that short amount of time. :) Good Luck! ]
