im 13 and i weigh 173. i need help bad. how can i loose weight? i dont look like i weigh that much but i do. please help!

cut back on your sweets and sodas. eat 3 healthy meals a day. maybe eat 1 (ONE) apple or any kind of fruit between each meal. make sure u eat breakfast because that is the most important meal of the day. and dont skip meals because that makes you gain more weight. and maybe exercise more than you do. go outside and run about 10 minutes each day to start with. gradually increase about 5 minutes about every 5-7 days. or when u can run 10 minutes without really gettin out of breathe. play other sports too. hope i helped!
