XxXCheerStarXxX answered Saturday December 25 2004, 3:25 pm: It is hard to lose 13 pounds in two weeks. There is the south beach diet. Its really good. Its a way to stay healthy and be fit. For the first two weeks u can only eat anything without carbs and no sweets foods no choclate anything comite to it it really works you'll love the resultes. after that u can probably eat a little bit of carbs but still stay way from the sugar. Sugar is wat gets you overweight. If your a morning person then its would be good for you to run less than a mile a day, so the fat can turn into muscle or burn off. Do many sports and activities and you'll be fit in no time.

NorthStarr answered Saturday December 25 2004, 3:23 pm: how much do you weigh in the first place.. for a 5'4 female its heathy to be between 110-130.. so if your less then that dont lose weight.. if your more than that eat healthy food.. like salad at fruits with no fat dressing (ranch has the most calories) so dont eat that unless its fat free. try not to eat to much sugar.. like soda and stuff.. exersise regularly.. put yourself on a scedual (ex 10 pushups 10 sit ps and jog 2x around the block at 630 pm) something like that and dont starve yourself.. youll acually gain weight.! hope i helped and let me know how it works out
NEVERLETG00 answered Saturday December 25 2004, 3:01 pm: a healthy way to loose 13 pounds is to just go on a diet, watch what you at. and its healthy to loose at least one or 2 pounds per week.. more than that could be fatal to ones body. its just easy to watch what you eat, no junk food, or fast food, that greese and sugar isn't good for your body. hope this helps! FunnyCide answered Saturday December 25 2004, 2:52 pm: take it slow. you dont want to jump the gun and loose all 13 pounds in two weeks. thats not healthy and you will gain it right back in two weeks. i have no idea about a set diet plan, but the easiest way to stay healthy and be fit is to eat right and exercise. (i know that you get this all the time, just hear me out) first of all, cut back on the sweets. instead of eating a cookie for an after school snack, have a fruit. who says you have to be normal? go crazy with it! ants on a log (thats celery sticks slathered in peanut butter with rasins sitting in the peanut butter.) try a mango, a kiwi, an advacado (thats what guacamole is made from) or a coconut. be different. if you have a dog, then you can walk him/her around your neighborhood two or three times a day. ride your bike around your neighborhood, roller blade, skateboard, play games of tag, pick-up football, soft ball, kick ball, dodge ball, or whatever. have fun with it. it shouldnt be a chore. if you want to be FIT then do as many sit ups, knee crunches, and push ups as you can possibly, then do some more. this isnt a good way to loose the weight, just a good way to keep it off. if you are a good runner, join the track team; if you prefer basketball, try out for that. the basic thing is not to overeat, or overwork yourself. "fad dieting" is a bad way to go, you go from eating normal meals with sugar and snacks to eating practically nothing in one day. then when you are satisfied with your look, you go back to eating junk food and larger meals. you will gain all the weight that you worked to lose in like, 7 days. dont overwork yourself by doing too much exercise. its not healthy. you can hurt yourself really badly. remember to stretch out very well. you could end up pulling ligiments, tendons, muscles, and nerves. (believe me - i found out the hard way that you should ALWAYS stretch before you exercise) you could even tear them. it is painful and expensive. stretching is also very relaxing. stretch slowly for 7-10 min. before you exercise and 7-10 min. after you exercise. i would suggest that you start off with 30 min of light exercise 4 days a week for a couple of weeks. that would get you more fit. then you can move up to 20 min of heavy exercise and 10 min of light exercise. do that for about 3 weeks. when you feel comfertable, you can go for 30 min. of heavy exercise and 10 min. of light exercise. it just depends on you and how much time and effort you put into this. but your efforts will be wasted if you dont eat right and only exercise. it has to be evenly balanced. like a teeter-totter at a playground. if you have a skinny kid on one end a a larger kid on the other end, the skinny kid is in the air. balance it out. hope i helped!!
