Wouldn't it be great if when I ask serious questions and really are interested in finding out an answer to a FITNESS question, my question gets deleted and so when I ask it again in simpler words it gets deleted again. If I can't ask questions about how to work out a certain muscle to become in ok physcial fitness, then what are we to ask in a fitness category?!?!
Solaris answered Wednesday December 22 2004, 1:03 am: I completely agree with this. I have posted in the discussion board about good questions being deleted many many times. Nothing gets done about it, which sucks. However I am with you man...I also think that if this question gets deleted then this site has no sence of priorities... I don't care how many crunches someone does - doing that won't target your abs for weight loss. I don't care how much you run, it doesn't mean your thighs or ass will get smaller. There are no magic exercises that are able to target weight loss. You can only target muscle development and muscle toning. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
