Whats a good way to tone your calf muscles and your upper legs, like your thighs and Tone your butt? if You dont have access to any weight machines, or anything like that.

Ok I'm not sure if I should lose weight or not I am 5'2 or 5'3 I'm not exact, and i weigh between 100 and 105, like on and off, but I don't know weather to just stay the way I am or lose weight. help me.

i KNOW everyone always asks about weight loos plans and everything...so now its my turn to ask..hehehe. anyways im 15/f, 5'8 and a half and weigh 155, i want to get to 140. any advice?

If you want to get an exercise video that is just good, high intensity cardio, what is the best one to get? Like, not necessarily an exact tape, just..I dunno..taebo, kickboxing, pilates?? feedback please!

I usually do cardio workouts (bike, eliptical or treadmill type cardio) 3, 4, or 5 days a week, depending on how much time I have. Weights (I go to Gold's Gym---so by weights I mean those machines they have that you can do arm press type things and things for your legs and butt) I do about twice a week. And then everyday I try to do situps, lunges, squats, stuff like that. I'm wondering...do I really need to do the weights twice a week? Is doing cardio 3 or more times a week with the situps, lunges, etc 7 days a week good enough? Feedback please! I mean...what really IS a good workout plan?

can someone who seriously knows about working out tell me why im not getting sore after my workouts? when i bench i do like 5 sets so i kno im working really hard and when i curl im also doing like 5 sets of it and the next day after my workouts im never sore...i want to know why im not getting sore, because i know that when you are sore it means you had a good effective workout

Ok my stomach is really skinny but my thighs are fat! (i have short dancer legs.) what can i do? i love wearing jeans but they bring out how fat my legs are. I HATE IT! what can i do 2 make my thighs skinnier(from my knees down my legs r thin)

Well it's winter and there is so much snow where I live that it is impossible to get any good running in...what are some good, fun cardio exercises you can do in the winter? I'm talking about something you can do for 30-45 minutes straight (aka NOT running in place).

When you go to the gym, is it best to do say---15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the bike, and 15 on the elipitical, or is better to do 45 minutes straight on one of them. And how often should you switch up your routine? Should you do the treadmill 3 days a week, the bike 4? Or just treadmill all through the week? Some info here please!

i dont have a tred mill or anything. my friend said that running up and down the stairs would work but i have asked some people and they said no. someone please tell me if running up and down the stairs will help me lose wieght. in what parts would i lose weight in and for how long should i do it for? thanks!

OK, I have been on Weight Watchers and I got down to 125 pounds. Well, on Sunday I splurged a bit because I went to the city and I had chinese food and today I went over my points a bit and had a grilled cheese sandwich..alright, well...now I'm 130 pounds. What's up with THIS?! how can i magically gain 5 pounds in 3 days. Is this just a trick of the scale?
