you could try getting liposuction, but that would too too expensive. there's a patch that helps you lose 30 pounds in thirty days. you could also try going anorexic, it'll help you lose 30 pounds in 10 to 15 weeks, but it's unhealthy. you could try going on a low carb diet, or a diet like weight watchers. I heard in the news that it's the diet that works the bestt

You can try a low carb diet. They are SO hard because you have to give up four main things!! Bread, pasta, potatoes, and all junk food! The main thing you eat is meat! Ever heard of ATKINS or SOUTH BEACH? Well they really work! But it slows down your metabolism andstuff so it might not be very healthy! This diet is for temporary weight loss only so if you want to lose 30 lbs fine..but you'll gain it back once you eat normally. Leave one in my inbox for info on low carb diets(I have been on one twice and I'll give you tips, results, info, whatever). Now the term diet is TEMPORARY!You want to lose 30 lbs and KEEP IT OFF! So instead of saying you want to go on a diet, say you want to change your LIFESTYLE! Give up the junk foods, juices, lots of sugary stuff for lets say 3 months! Exercise, and limit what you eat! 3 meals a day, no snacks in between. MAKE SURE!! You eat breakfest! You can still have your favorite candys and chocolates but do it like once a week and eat them in moderation. You will lose the weight if you eat right and exercise. You wont lose it that fast though! You need to be PATIENT! Also, dont focus on your scale too much. because your weight fluctuates during diets. Like one day you'll be 130 and the next day you'll be 134. Dont get discouraged and only weigh yourself once a week! i dont know how many times iv said this and ill probably say it a thousand times more but EXERCISE and eat healthier... thats it ]
eat lots of pickles or have something with lots of vinegar.....and excersize after that every day......it will help you to lose fat very fast...believe me i tried it.

Atkins and excercise but be careful. It's a diet not a life plan! Don't follow it for more than a month. After switch to a healthy balanced low fat diet.

1st. COME BACK TO REALITY! there is no freakin way taht you can lose 30 pounds "fast" some people cant loose 5 ponts "fast".
But if you want something tha could speed things along ask your doctor for a medicine and tehn eat healthy " my fave .diet is teh food pyramid" and exercise more than often.

30 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and it takes time and determination. You need to watch what you eat, eat healthy and drink plenty of water, and exercise a lot. It will take a while for you to lose 30 pounds but you need to stay focused when you are trying to lose it. Also, try going on the South Beach Diet. Hope I helped :)
