can someone who seriously knows about working out tell me why im not getting sore after my workouts? when i bench i do like 5 sets so i kno im working really hard and when i curl im also doing like 5 sets of it and the next day after my workouts im never sore...i want to know why im not getting sore, because i know that when you are sore it means you had a good effective workout

russianspy1234 answered Sunday January 23 2005, 2:17 pm: your body might jsut be extremely efficiant at dealing with lactic acid. thats the stuff your muscles produce when youve been working out for too long and the oxygen isnt enough. or you could jsut be really effective at working out in general and never move to the point that you need the lactic acid. either way thats what its connected too. if you really want to be sore try "breathing wrong" during your workout and not getting enough air [ russianspy1234's advice column | Ask russianspy1234 A Question ]

I know when my brother worked out, he usally never was sore but he was getting muscle and stuff. But I think you should get professional advice and go to 24 or whatever gym you have in your area!
