There isnt much information you have given like how much do you want to lose what is your current weight and stuff like that. But running up and down stairs isnt the greatest nor safest way to go. Purchasing a pass for a local gym is an idea, or swimming laps, and another big part about losing weight is eating right too, if you want more information on how to you have to give me some more information and i would be glad to give some more details.

Running up and down the stairs would really work your leg muscles, but its really dangerous! DONT DO IT. There are stair-lifts at almost every workout place you know of. And its like stairs but its safe and its a machine. If you're really bored, go to ACADEMY and workout on their machines for free. anyways, jogging around your block for about 30 minutes every day will help you get in shape. <p>ps- i suggest going on your daily jog when you wake up. i duno why, but it works better

you would basically gain leg muscles running up and down stairs. If you do some sit ups every night then you will get ab muscles. I do about 50 sit ups every night and it helps me out a lot.

hope i helped
