i dont have a tred mill or anything. my friend said that running up and down the stairs would work but i have asked some people and they said no. someone please tell me if running up and down the stairs will help me lose wieght. in what parts would i lose weight in and for how long should i do it for? thanks!

There are stair-lifts at almost every workout place you know of. And its like stairs but its safe and its a machine. xSammieXlubsXux answered Friday January 21 2005, 5:06 pm: you would basically gain leg muscles running up and down stairs. If you do some sit ups every night then you will get ab muscles. I do about 50 sit ups every night and it helps me out a lot.
