Tone Legs Whats a good way to tone your calf muscles and your upper legs, like your thighs and Tone your butt? if You dont have access to any weight machines, or anything like that.

put your heels together and squat with your legs apart and your arms in the air with your hands clasping but with the heels of your hands far apart and poush down and come up. they stretch a lot! xO ali ]
