Get in front of a mirror, full length preferably, if you don't have one you can get one at target for less than $10 believe me it's a good investment. And start moving in front of the mirror. Listen to music you like. Watch some music videos for ideas on moves and just do it. I guarantee you if you spend 1/2 hour a day 5 days a week in front of the mirror doing it that in 6 weeks you'll be an above average dancer. No joke. I did it. I never learned to dance and then I tried this and listened to Michael Jackson or whatever and walah I am a very good dancer now. I can move to the beat no prob. I know it might sound foolish but just do it, practice makes perfect. Good Luck! That's my advice.
