I am the same exact way! In fact I had the same problem last weekend. My friends and I all went to a haunted house, but I get scared really easilly. I can't even watch like harry potter lol. Well anyway, I realized that it wasn't that bad, and when people jumped out at us everyone was screaming also. The guy you're going with also is probably taking you there for a reason. He most likely wants you to get scared so he can "protect you" by holding you or holding your hand. He probably likes you too! When you scream, don't make it seem like you're embarrassed after you do it. Instead, laugh. Also for what to wear:
Long sleeve shirt
Zipper up jacket over that
Sweatshirt
Leggings
Jeans over the leggings
boots
Hair in loose pigtails with a headband
All those layers may sound silly, but trust me they will keep you warm and no one will see what's underneath the sweatshirt and jeans.

yes it really does, i know some people who are on it and they have lost a LOTT of weight. Give it a couple weeks and you'll be able to feel your pants getting a lot looser. Make sure to stay with it though and not make exceptions for sweets! hope i could help!

im about 5'6 and weigh 134. im not happy with the way i look. i have huge theighs, and i chubby stumach. summer is ALMOST here in about two months. ive been thinking about making myself throw up, but i dont want to turn bolimic. it just seems like the only way to lose the weight, since i have muscles under the fat. ive cut down on the junk food drastically. i just cant seem to lose any weight. anyone have any tips?
Please listen to me and do not throw yourself up, that is not the right way to handle this. You are doing serious harm to your body that way. I don't think that you need to lose any weight, but if you truly feel that you need to, you want to tone up you muscles, not worry about throwing yourself up. A good excersie to tone your thighs is get on your hands and knees, and lift your right leg up and down 25 times. Then do the same thing with your left leg. After that do that same exercise with each of your legs, but this time lift your leg to the side. For your stomach some good exercises are crunches, and lifting both legs up about 6 inches off the ground and hold it there while moving your arms up and down. Hope I could help! Well, some say toothepaste helps. I've tried it before and it helps sometimes. Also putting hot water helps. Remember to clean your face two or three times a day, but cleaning it too much can be bad. Hope I could help!

okay i want to make my friend a christmas present but the thing is i dont know what to make her please give me some ideas i will rate a 5
1. A movie basket. Get a basket and put like 3 of her favorite movies in there, a couple bags of popcorn, a box of candy, and a movie theater girt card.
2. Get a reservation for you and her to get your nails done together and then give her nailpolish, lotions, and bath bubbles.

okay i have perfect teeth, and have never had a cavity, but today they are pulling this one baby tooth that never came out because the bigger tooth is coming in above it. well more like it came out above it. but i really like it, but the things is if the baby tooth comes out ill have a gap and ill be screwed. see, i really dont what them to pull it because then ill have braces, and i really dont want them. {it doesnt even look bad. and i like it!} should i nevous about this or am i just being dumb? ~ace
The same thing happened to me, when they pull the baby tooth it makes room for the big tooth to come in. The big tooth will probably go in the spot where the baby tooth was naturally straight, but if it comes in crooked then its your decision whether you want braces. I would say wait and see what happens, that's what i did. Hope I could help!

My dogs just chased a Ups man (lol) and he ran for his life. I got my dogs calmed down and I told him I was very sorry. But what can I do to prevent this in the future? I have 2 House Dogs (that stay outside!) and 1 other 'old' dog that bit a boy one time. So what Can I do?? Thanks!
You can keep the dogs inside, tie them to a leash, or get an invisible fence. You could also bring a box of cookies or a bone out with you. Those things usually distract my dog. Like for example if my dog gets a shoe or something I'll get it away from him by giving him a cookie or a bone. You shouldn't always do that stuff though, because then it will teach the dog that if he does something wrong like take a shoe, he will do it again to get a cookie. But in this case with the Ups man I think that it would deffinitely be okay, lol. Hope I could help!

hi im running the mile tommorrow in school, and i was wondering how I could get a better time. i'm a 13/m, around 5'2", 99lbs. last year i got like 7min 16sec, but i would really like to get under 7minutes this year. any tips on how to get a better time? (when to sprint, when to job.. etc?)

Some people run as fast as they can, and then they don't have any energy to run later. Start of jogging not to fast in the beginning to the middle even if your the last one. Then go a little faster in the middle to the end, and at the very end sprint to the finish line. Also make sure to take deep breaths through your nose on a steady beat. It helps a lot to breath on counts of 8.

First Dream:
Well, i was out on a pourch in my spandex and it was in the evening and the pourch light was on and i saw this old geezer lookin at me with benoculars and i ran back into the house and shut the door and locked it.
Second Dream:
There's this football player i see him like every day (this stuff is real i'll tell ya whenever we get to the dream part) and he's really short but so adorable and i'm almost postitive he's checkin' me out but i only know him a little.

Well, we were some place dark, and i could feel him kissing my lips passionatly and slowly, and him hands slowly going up my shirt to my waist and then they stopped and stayed there and my arms were around his shoulders, it kind of looked like a dance or something but i think it was a closet cuz i feel down and ruined the moment!

After a show there is usually a cast party.
A way actors get rid of most of their nervousness is to go into a room about 5 minutes before a show, hold hands and scream on the top of their lungs.

Start by getting to know him better, talk to him in class or any other time you see him. If you can't think of anything to talk about bring up things like music, tv, movies, stuff that's happening in school, and stuff that's happening in the world. Remember to laugh if he says something funny, smile a lot, ask questions to things that he says, be friendly, and be outgoing. If you do these things then he will want to be around you more and that would be a great start on wanting to go out with you.

At school I hear people gossiping about who likes who, who's dating who, ect. I dont know anything about people. how can I find out about this stuff beforehand so I can talk about this stuff?
I am like a gossip fanatic, lol so I can tell you a little how to find stuff out. Start off by hanging out with a lot of people who can tell you gossip stories, or if they don't really gossip then you can tell them stories. Find out stories by going to a lot of events where things would happen like school games, dances, and socialing at places like the movies and the mall. Also observe a lot by things that are going on around you. Something could be going on and you might not even know it. For example if you see a guy and a girl flirting with each other who you know of somewhere then they probably like each other and might go out. But don't spread gossip unless you know that it is true, otherwise you could be starting rumors and getting people mad at you. Also remember to be friendly, and outgoing so people will want to be around you and you can find out gossip and talk about it. Hope I helped! Please rate!

I usually answer questions but this is important! I have a friend *sorta* (We have been friends for 13 years and we tore appart due to her being popular). Well anyway she has a cousin Sarah. She has been coming to my friends house and when she goes up there she invites her boyfriend and they sit up there and make out. But my friends boyfriend comes to (Thats Sarahs boyfriends brother *sorry if confusing*). And I am afraid she is having sex with him. Her mom acts more like a best friend than a mom. Her mom and dad are split (they have been since she was born and her dad loves her to death!). So her mom is turning her against her dad and trying to make him feel guilty! *My sister and her dad are married* So Whats a girl to do!?!?! I can;t just sit here and watch her get Pregnant! she is just 12!!!
Well, most people would agree that 12 is a young age and not a very likely age to be having sex, but it is possible that her cousin and her cousin's boyfriend and/or her boyfriend are influencing her to want to do it, or she might just want to all on her own. Even though her and her mom are like best friends, I don't think that her mom would be telling her to do that or giving her any ideas. The only way to really find out without sounding crazy is to just bring him up casually the next time you spend time together. Say, so how's your boyfriend and then she will respond. After she responds say is he a good kisser, and then laugh like your saying it almost to be funny. Then, she'll either say yes if they have kissed, or she'll tell you that they haven't. If she says yes, be like cool and then ask her what base she's gone with him without being too nosey. Chances are, she probably hasn't done that with him because making out and having sex are two TOTALLY different things, and if she has had sex with him she most likely would have used a condom. I have a little fat around my stomach, and also I guess love handles? I'm not sure if that's what they are called. But I'm like skinny by my ribs, then it just bulges out on the sides near my belly button. It's so ugly, I hate it.
So I've decided to do something about it. But I have a question. I've just started doing 100 crunches per night, and the thing where you hold your legs about 6 inches off the floor for a minute (every night). I'm just wondering, do these exercises just help build muscle, or will it also help me lose my extra 'tummy' fat?
If this isn't going to help me lose the fat, can you tell me a simple, at-home, exercise that WILL reduce the fat & needs no equipment? Thanks!
These exercises will help you build muscle in your stomach and give you a flatter stomach, make you skinnier, and give you abs. Another exercise you can do that helps a lot is sit on the ground, bend your knees, and hold one of the bent knees up. Then turn over to the side where your leg is bent with your arms in the air, and do 100 of these on each side. Hope I could help! Please rate!
