im about 5'6 and weigh 134. im not happy with the way i look. i have huge theighs, and i chubby stumach. summer is ALMOST here in about two months. ive been thinking about making myself throw up, but i dont want to turn bolimic. it just seems like the only way to lose the weight, since i have muscles under the fat. ive cut down on the junk food drastically. i just cant seem to lose any weight. anyone have any tips?
NinjaNeer answered Sunday March 26 2006, 11:26 am: First of all, you're not all that heavy... I'm 5'8", and I weigh 185, and I'm still happy with the way I look. Try not to be so hard on yourself about your appearances!
Cardio exercise will help you to lose fat... bulimia does not help anything: it may help you lose weight, but it would ruin your teeth and is a serious eating disorder.
sexiibrunette answered Sunday March 26 2006, 9:30 am: Please listen to me and do not throw yourself up, that is not the right way to handle this. You are doing serious harm to your body that way. I don't think that you need to lose any weight, but if you truly feel that you need to, you want to tone up you muscles, not worry about throwing yourself up. A good excersie to tone your thighs is get on your hands and knees, and lift your right leg up and down 25 times. Then do the same thing with your left leg. After that do that same exercise with each of your legs, but this time lift your leg to the side. For your stomach some good exercises are crunches, and lifting both legs up about 6 inches off the ground and hold it there while moving your arms up and down. Hope I could help!
