I'm not sure

Ok I'm not sure if I should lose weight or not I am 5'2 or 5'3 I'm not exact, and i weigh between 100 and 105, like on and off, but I don't know weather to just stay the way I am or lose weight. help me.

dude. your only 100-105! thats really good! you don't need to diet. at all. lol thats like perfect for some one who is 5'2 5'3! so don't go on a diet and lose weight. your good the way you are!

No way. Thats a perfect weight for your height. I wouldnt stress about weight to much. Because most weight it muscle anyways. It really depends on if you feel good about yourself. If most of your weight is fat then maybe you should just get toned and not necissarily lose weight. Hope I helped :)

you should stay the way you are..you might be a little under weight but thats ok..but if your not ok with your body just do a little exercise to get amore in shape

Sweetie, your weight is just perfect for your height, don't try to lose any weight. If you think that you need to, exercise after you eat and just watch what you eat but you don't have to do that! Hope I helped :)
