LoLo2454 answered Sunday January 23 2005, 11:26 am: No way. Thats a perfect weight for your height. I wouldnt stress about weight to much. Because most weight it muscle anyways. It really depends on if you feel good about yourself. If most of your weight is fat then maybe you should just get toned and not necissarily lose weight. Hope I helped :)

Karen answered Sunday January 23 2005, 10:27 am: Sweetie, your weight is just perfect for your height, don't try to lose any weight. If you think that you need to, exercise after you eat and just watch what you eat but you don't have to do that! Hope I helped :)
