Well it's winter and there is so much snow where I live that it is impossible to get any good running in...what are some good, fun cardio exercises you can do in the winter? I'm talking about something you can do for 30-45 minutes straight (aka NOT running in place).

mysterycocomix answered Saturday January 22 2005, 7:41 pm: well, my Athletics coach said that everytime you watch tv, when there's a commercial, do 100 crunches and 10 puchups. Or, if you like to talk on aim/computer, every five minutes do 200 jumping jacks. It's a work out but it keeps you in good shape!!!!! Hope I helped!
