So the thing is ive been going out with this guy for about 4 months this saturday. He was my friend before we started going out so i knew he had a "past". He really isnt a bad guy i just may be paranoid. Yah, lets just say that i was paranoid to the point that i look in his phone and found txt messages from another girl. When i confronted him he just said that his friend played around with him like that...Two days later he said that he told the girl todo that because he new that i would look through his phone. Well hes a flirt and it just hurts to see him talking to other girls he does it even when im around, he may not notice it but he does flirt. Okay so my good friend set me up with her boyfriends friend, i was informed before we went out to dinner that he already had a girlfriend (to whom he was once engaged with and they still live together) who apparently treats puts him down, cheats on him and the only reason he is with her is for stability. We went out to dinner the four of us, he paid for my meal, he complimented me on how beautiful i am, and how mature i am for my age. hi there.
i am a male 20 and i do a fair bit of exercise daily to reduce my weight. i dont eat non veg stuff at all except eggs. what i want to ask is that everyday after exercising i have 5 or 6 boiled eggs as a source of protein but people at my gym advised me to throw away the yolk of the boiled egg and eat onlt the white part as according to them yolk has lots fo colestrol and fats and i should avoid it to help reduce my weight. can anybody please tell me if its true becouse i am seriously under the plan to reduce 10 kgs of weight and any help would be welcomed. thanks

Okay! So there is this guy in my class named Mark whose 13/m and I’m 13/f, and he is so hot and funny and cute and sensitive and MY TYPE!!!!!! It’s hard to talk to him because he's always surrounded by all hid friends (boys and girls.) He has the most BEATUIFUL eyelashes in the world. And when I was at his birthday on 12-19-09 I hugged him good-bye... from the side. If his mom wasn’t in the room watching my every move I would have hugged him from the front and possibly pecked him on his cheek..... if only. sleeping dissorders

well i know i have a sleeping dissorder but i dont know how to help myself, if you know what i mean. im 14 and cannot sleep when i need to. im a total night owl and do not sleep at night only during the day. this has affected my life big time, im failing in school, i have so many absences, i am a bitch to everyone around me. its also effecting me physically, i have these weird lines under my eyes that are so ugly. as of now it is 2 am and i have school in 4 hours. i usually go to bed at 5 or 6? and sleep throughout classes and sleep right when i get home. ive tried waiting till the right time to go to bed but its physicaly imposible. i dont know what to do and its ruining my life, help!

tanning..uneven..

I've been tanning latley for my prom. It's this saturday..i'm getting pretty dark..but it seem's like my front side is darker than my back side. i use a tanning maximizer that they gave me the first time i tanned. i always lay on my back..am i maybe doing something wrong?

so i met this guy, and we have hooked up and had sex a few times, with no emotional attatchments. we don't call ourselves a "couple" but just friends. we've both agreed that we don't want to be more than this, but recently, i told him that i had hung out with this guy and he got mad, or jealous even?? i like having this kind of relationship when im not dating anyone, but if he's going to get attatched like this i don't really want to continue.
CONDENSED VERSION: should i continue a "friends with benefits" realationship if the friend in question is getting too attatched and i don't feel the same way?

ok so a few days ago I started texting this boy we'll call Dustin. Dustin is a 2 time champ state wrestler and is pretty cute :] anyways, last night our conversation just sort of ended and I don't know what's supposed to happen now. I've never had a class with him or anything so it's kind of akaward. I wasn't sure if I should talk to him at school or what to say if I did go talk to him or how to go about it. I'm way lost. Today we didn't text at all... Do I text him first or just wait for him to text me? I'm not exactly up to date when it comes to all this stuff. Thanks so much! :]

Last year my grandpa called me alot hof horrible names. I havent talked to him since and he hasnt tried to apologize. Thing is it hurts me ao much that he did this and i dont think its right for my brother n sis to suffer because of me. I will never forgive him, but i am willing to try. He hasnt been to any family events like christmas or thanksgiving or my brother and sisters birthday. I need to call him because I know his time is coming soon and i dont want our last words to be bad ones. Im scared though. Scared hes going to yell at me like before. It just hurts me so much to not see him anymore bc we used to be soo close, im even crying as im writing this. I just want my grandpa back the he used to be. What should I do? Should I call him...

Finding a Summer Camp

Hey,
I am 16f from Saskachewan, Canada. I have been trying to search for a good summer camp on the net for a while, and I havn't been too successful. I need to find one that will be under/or around $600 to be able to work with a budget. I like adventure,exploring,arts,anything with athletics,just for the fun of it activities,hanging out,and meeting new people of course :) Anyone that has been to a camp around this area, please give a name of a camp you would recommend. Or if you just know of a real good one, please tell me ;) thanks

How do I get my toe touch higher?

I need to get my toetouch higher, but idk how. Most people just tell me to stretch. But, i have my left and right splits and I stretch everyday. My toe touch is about 5 inches from my arms went i hit my T. Do you know any exercises I could do or have any tips on how to get my toe touch higher (btw- my form is really good though I don't need help with that)?
