shirt company

a few friends and i want to start a shirt company. we're located in southern california. we already have a brand name and desgins, but i was wondering if we need anything to start it up. for example do we need a license? and how do we get the shirt designs copyrighted? and typically how much does it cost for all of this plus the first print? thanks!

i went on vaca, fell for a guy, came home, and lost feelings for my bf of 6 months. weve been fighting, and i wanted to b/u with him cuz i still like the other guy. my bf clearly has much more feelings for me then i do for him. im too scared to break up with him. i tried and the words didnt come out. i ended up saying something else. i dont know how to gather up the courage to do it. we stopped fighting, and unless we start fighting agiain, i dont think i could just say what i want to say out of nowhere. will i know when the right moment is or will i keep putting it off until he breaks up w. me?
i just need some support here lol im very stressed and i have no clue what to do. thanks

first off i think im sad now well i know i am but its because i like this girl but i cant tell her because i dont really know how to . if that makes sense its like i know i like her but at the same time i wouldnt begin to know how to not be a total goof ball around her and make her find me charming or want to be with me . im totally uncoordinated when it comes to girls and i know this may be considered rambling but i hope it makes sense can anyone help

okay so for the past month ive been dieting and i needed to lose about 15 pounds. ive lost ten this month i have 5 more pounds to go! but today i had a bad day i ate sooo much bad food! am i going to be fat tomorrow? am i going to gain weight? can you get fat in one night? i feel so bad about eating it all but for the past month ive done so good but now im scared im gonna gain weight back that ive tried so hard to lose???

I have been suffering for 5 years with something called Ovarian Failure. Also, all my hormones, estrogen, estadiol levels, my neurotransmitters seratonin, neuroponephrine, cortisol are all depleted/gone basically. I wake up every morning fealing dead inside and i have been trying numerous hormone treatments that just arent working. what can I do? I need to find a cure because i am giving up and i just need an answer, a treatment, a cure.

I used to have thick, nice hair. UNTIL I CHOPPED IT OFF ALL THREE YEARS AGO. Biggest mistake I've ever made...I cringe when I think about it.
I got it short and thinned out. now, three years later, my hair is medium length at best and so damaged.
I refuse to cut it. seriously. I won't even trim it. I haven't gotten it cut in over a year.
It's so thin and ugly ugh. it's just past my shoulders. I want it past my boobs.
HOW CAN I MAKE THIS HAPPEN. Over the summer, I'm going to condition it every day and not use any heat tools. but until then, what the hell can I do?
does damaged hair even grow?

Hi I am 19 years old and live at home with my mother. my sister just recently moved out and my dad left us a year ago. I have tried to have a relationship with my dad but my mother is the one who kept it together when he left us with debt, and so if I go to see him she gets defensive and depressed. My boyfriend and I dated for 4 months. We broke up randomly and he says bitch..thats why we broke up. Its totally random and hard to believe because we had dated for song long. I like my guy friend from school, and he doesn't know about it. It's very possible he likes me but I'm just not totally sure just yet. I feel like I could be getting somewhere with him but I'm just not comfortable at all with just flat out admitting it. I'm not exactly a natural flirt either. What are ways I can hint to and and infer that I like him without actually admitting it? Also what are some ways to know if a guy likes you?

15/f. a few years ago I got caught[by parents] with cutting & depression. Between then and now I've struggled with S.I & eating disorders..but Ive managed to have 99.999% of people convinced I'm COMPLETELY over everything and am totally healed. but I'm more depressed than ever..just got too good at hiding it. Everyone sees me as the Jesus Freak..and I was. until recently, idk I just started to fall away from religion =\ anyway.
theres a guy my dad works with that has a daughter my age thats been cutting a lot and everything like I was. I agreed to talk to her if she wants. my mom suggested that i introcude her to religion and tell her my 'success story'

I've been liking this guy since the beginning of the school year. His name is Matt. At , the beginning it was like a crush, but now... me and him are friends. Were , pretty close.
