The new MSN live.

So, I recently installed the new MSN Live (the ass-ugly one) and none of my friends nor I can get webcams working...
It worked on the previous version of msn, but on then new one it just closes the webcam and says "The session has been ended"
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
And I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSN.
And my webcam is in my laptop so I can't uninstall that...

There's this one boy and I'm crazy about him. I find him to be really sweet, funny and loving, with various other good qualities... most of the time. We met in person once and we've been talking on the phone, and writing back and forth for about 8 months.
Christmastime he got really mad at me for what seemed to be no reason. I would ask him what I did and why he was being so stand-offish towards me. He was going through a really hard time, he had no money in his bank account to see me, or buy me or anyone else a Christmas present.
In January I was really heartbroken and wrote him a letter of closure. He wrote me back saying that he still loved me and wanted me back in his life. So, we talked for like a week bef...

Well...I like this guy...since...the beginning of this school year.. and we finally became friends...like a few months ago...in December ...or this January. Well... he became my friend and we started texting and talking on myspace. He started to look...stare at me. Well..I told him how I felt ..and he said he had a girl friend (at that time)...and he says he only likes me as a friend...and I only like him for his looks...and he told me that I can't like him for him because..we don't talk that much at school. Well WE CAN'T!! That's what pissed me off...he's a grade above me (he's in 8th I am in 7th) we...only can say hi...in the hallways...

What do girls do to give signals or hints? Theres a girl at school and she calls me.........bear(dont ask) Also when she sees me and she hasnt seen me for a couple of classes she will hug me from behind for a second or two. Is she dropping off signs or is this something girls do to guys?

hi there,
so this is my senario, i just get married over a month ago,,, its a long distance relation,, before we get married i see on his laptop some photo of woman with there numbers,, we talk about this already, but still something on my mind telling me he still doing it,,,
and the other thing is him i am having problem with communicating with him, sometimes i feel i am only the one who is pursoing this marrige,,

Racist?

My friend's a Chinese and he's currently in Spain touring. He told me this:
"yesterday when i was gg back to collect my luggage before heading to the bus station, got this guy with 2 frens and his infant son started pointing at me, saying something, i just ignore and kept walking
then he approached me for cigarettes, i said dun have then quickly enter my hostel"
Also, he told me that while he was in Munich, he got stared at by some people as well.
Are they being racist? I don't really get what is going on here. Can someone maybe tell me why are they behaving like so? I'm a Chinese too and I'm not from Spain so I don't really understand what is going on.

ok so before me and my ex dated we were best friends. i mean i would cry to him about other guys and crap. we broke up back in december after 7 months. and like we still hooked up for a while but then we cut it off. and we were just like lets be friends. we tried to make it like before but it wasn't perfect but i was ok with it. but now he got mad for some stupid reason and won't talk to me. and i NEED him in my life. i tried talking to him but he said don't. and i don't know what to do. cause i have 2 classes and lunch with him so its hard to ignore him. and its so difficult cause i feel like i have no one to go too.
so, what could i do to cope with this all? or get us to be friends again?

eating a lot at night?

im not fat and really dont NEED to lose weight, but i would like to maybe lose 3-5 pounds of excess fat even though i look good for the most part. i workout about 5 days a week including strength training and cardio. i dont have a whole lot of time to eat throughout the day because im pretty busy most of the time. i usually only eat about 1000 calories and then come around around 8 or 9 and usually eat about 200 calorie dinner and then i usually get cravinggss and indulge in chocolate about 300 calories worth. so total im eating about 1500 calories but wil this make me fat? indulging in choclate every night?? even though i dont eat a whole lot during the day?? or will i maintain weight or lose weight because i am working out?

Arts and Crafts Paper Making

1. I am making paper. I find that when the paper is 1/2 dry it is flatm but when it fully drys it starts to curl, which is charming and i like, but I would like to be able to flatten at my leisure. How do I do this?
2. if I want to put holes in the book board, what kind of tool do I need to be able to do this, so that I can bind the paper to the book with wire.
3. can you cover your book board with any kind of material? cloth, silk, paper or anything like that?
4. If i want to glue the paper together to make a book block, how do i do this? I would like to be able to make a homemade book block out of homemade paper and then stick it inside of a homemade book board book binding hahaha tongue twi...

Ok...My friend's cousin's girlfriend dont like me for no reason she dont even know me we only talked like once dats it and she told me before that she thinks m cool and everythin and now she dontlike me and it gets me mad because she cant be judging and she dont even know me....Should I stress about it?? Well, I have friends at school, though I'm not totally sure who's real & who's fake. I'm very shy and don't make friends easily. I've gone from group-to-group a lot this year and have lost touch with the people I knew had my back. I felt like a 6th wheel sometimes and was bored with them, but I knew they were real. I started hanging around another group, of whom I was only comfortable & really friends with one girl. But, now, the rest of that group is nice one day, then act like they don't know me the next. Finally, the group I sit with now isn't much better. Two of the girls in that group are from the first group I mentioned. trouble with the saxophone...

i have braces and i play the alto saxophone. Is it harder for people with braces? Because i have a really hard time getting the pitch just right. Because my teacher tells me to put pressure on the top and drop my jaw a little. But i sometimes drop my jaw too much and it doesn't make any sound at all. Is there any way to get the pitch out just right with my mouth full of braces and mouthpiece?!
