I've realized how alot of girls are asking how to loose weight and such. Everyone wants a flat, toned tummy, and it really bothers me because we think we have to be like all of these models and stars so guys will like us. Guys, honestly, do you want a stick for a girlfriend or a little cusion for the pushin? I mean back in the 70s and 80s people werent so judgmental and didn't look at someone and say, "your fat". I mean can i get an AMEN! Im sick of people saying they are fat, and saying they need to loose weight when they dont. Think about it! Leave comments and explain why you want to be a stick.

i have formal in ONE month..i need to loosed 10 pounds.. im 13/f .. i work out daily.. but NOTHING seems to be working.. and please dont tell me to go on weight watchers.. im too young for that.. i need something simple that would help me loose it on a normal everyday life.. should i eat less carbs or something? how much a day should i consume? what should i eat for breakfest/lunch/dinner ?

well i got certain dri on tuesday,it worked amazing,but on friday i started to use it everyother day.then on saturday i used it again and on sunday i used it again.but it seems to be not working.is there something wrong.please help.thanks

People tell me that i'm fine the way i am but i'm fat. i'm 5 7 and 188 lbs. i dont look seriously obese but am-i-fat.com says i am and i'm gonna trust their expertise. is there a way that the website's wrong or am i doomed of obesity?

I have been going to the gym about 5 times a week for the past 2 months or so, i used 2 b fairly fit but not very toned and now im fitter and alot more toned, i also feel like i have lost weight. However, when i weigh my self i have actually put weight on but if i look at my self i can see ive got slightly thinner and more toned. If i have got smaller how am i gaining weight?

What are some good exercises/stretches that focus on toning your butt/thighs? I mean easy things, not complicated ones that I could never do. I already run everyday because of track, so is there anything else you can think of? Thanks a lot!

sore muscles!

i skipped all of my workout classes for the past month cause i've been sick. yesterday i came back, worked out SO hard, now my muscles are so sore that i could hardly get out of the bed. i want to know what is the best thing to do (esp. for my legs, they hurt so bad)...

a) rest for the next couple days and do nothing until they feel better
b) keep working the muscles, continue running and conditioning today
c) stretch them?... or what, i dunno.

ok i have stretch marks on my legs (15/f) and i was wondering how the heck do i get rid of them? summers comming up and i dont want to be seen in a swim suit with stretch marks on my hip/legs...

yoga or pilates?

my mom is overweight, and i am not, however i want to tone my muscles an be in all around better physical condition. I wanted us to join a pilates class together, but she is afraid that's too strong of program to begin with, as we currently are not doing any sort of athletic activities. We were going to do yoga instead, and then move to pilates perhaps later...but my boyfriend said that yoga stretches your muscles and elongates them, but doesn't give you much exercise in the way we were hoping. Is this true? What should we do? all suggestions are appreciated! thanks! <3

Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin.
