Anyone got any ideas about helping me lose a bit of weight before i go on holiday, so that way ill look nice in a bikini.

Karen answered Wednesday April 13 2005, 4:20 pm: To lose a little bit of weight, all you need to do is eat healthy, watch how much you eat, and exercise daily. If you go on a low carb diet, you will see results in a week or two and you will lose weight. Drink lots of water and stay away from things that are unhealthy for you. Start eating 5 small meals on day and 3 big ones the next and vice versa and this will make your metabolism faster, which will make you lose weight faster. If you want to look good in a bikini, you can do squats, lunges, leg lifts or you can run/jog to tone your legs and you can do crunches and sit ups to tone your stomach. DancinCutie08 answered Wednesday April 13 2005, 4:18 pm: um well jogging or walking every day should help. watch what you eat and i found out that you can loose a good bit a weight playing sports like basketball and softball just for fun for a couple of hours or so. also aerobics work and stuff
