ok.. so here it it... i have formal in ONE month..i need to loosed 10 pounds.. im 13/f .. i work out daily.. but NOTHING seems to be working.. and please dont tell me to go on weight watchers.. im too young for that.. i need something simple that would help me loose it on a normal everyday life.. should i eat less carbs or something? how much a day should i consume? what should i eat for breakfest/lunch/dinner ? thanks alot <3
