hey there. im thinking about using proactive for my zits. the ones i usually get are either small painful ones, and these huge, cystic ones. they scar, and i have so many scars on my face from acne..and i was wondering if proactive works for both the little ones and the big lump ones that are really painful and beneath the skin, does anyone know what i mean? well if anyone has any personal experiences with the zits im talking about, and/or proactive, please help me!! im just wondering if proactive is right for my kind of skin? thank you!!

When I used it, I saw results in about a week because my acne wasn't that bad. You'll see results in less than two weeks and you can use Proactiv for your type of skin. It's also worth the price so I would get it if you want your face to be clear and acne free. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

TheUsedRock92 answered Monday April 18 2005, 10:41 pm: well i have used proactive because my skin was very bad but i stopped using it because i found out my skin was to sensitive and it just made more. i started using maximum strength with aloe Clearasil it was just right and if your skin is to sensitive then try using it 3 times a day in the morning when you wake up and after school and then at night. i dont think proactive is that right for you. a dermatoligist will give you pills if nothing starts to work with what ever you use. hope you get better. good luck. SheDidntLuvUAnyways answered Monday April 18 2005, 10:05 pm: My friend had the exact same problem as you and she did use the like pre-trail of proactive and it worked wonders for her! Everything was gone. But she ran out of the pre-trail so she stopped using it and they came back. So you have to keep using the proactive.
