People tell me that i'm fine the way i am but i'm fat. i'm 5 7 and 188 lbs. i dont look seriously obese but am-i-fat.com says i am and i'm gonna trust their expertise. is there a way that the website's wrong or am i doomed of obesity?

If you still think you are over weight try eating healthier and excercising more often to burn calories. It will also be good for your health. But do not stop eating or deny yourself of something you love. Just take smaller portions.
