good exercises What are some good exercises/stretches that focus on toning your butt/thighs? I mean easy things, not complicated ones that I could never do. I already run everyday because of track, so is there anything else you can think of? Thanks a lot!

squats are good excerisize..also go to www.toneteen.com and they give you excersizes for certain body parts including butt/thigh excersizes ]
L-U-N-G-E-S! if you dont know what they are, theyre where you put one foot in front of the other and go down about 2 inches off the ground. if you do enough of them, around 5 sets of 10, its will really work. <3 ]

Some exercises that tone your butt/thighs are squats, lunges, leg lifts, bicycling, roller blading, and any other activities that tone your butt/thighs. If you want to know more, check out [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).
As for stretches, I don't know any that will focus on toning your butt/thighs, sorry. ]
