NOOO that is sooo unhealthy and trust me- you will gain back that weight before you know it. Eat healthy foods such as fruits & veggies....go on an all veggie diet...DRINK LOTS OF WATER...not only will that help you lose weight but also make your complexion nicer ( : Eat smaller portions of the foods you eat now.....Don't skip any meals alltogether....its unhealthy & doesn't work! ( ; ]
eat less fatty foods and work out mork as in do extra sports and exercise. There isn't really an easier way of losing that much weight healthily ]
