so today i was walking in the halls and i see my best friend walking with her boyfriend and one of our mutual friends. (this is really rare- i NEVER see my best friend in school.) she had her back turned to me but when he saw me, she turned around and gave me a really big smile and a "hey!" ...then before i could get a word in, turned right back to the other people she was with and ignored me. and she says im her bestbest friend.

Okay well I like this guy and he likes me but for various reasons (age being one of them) we have decided that we dont want to date. See, he is 14/m and I am 13/f and we have both agreed that we just aren't mature enough for all of that. But, we still like eachother... A lot. It can get kind of messy when it comes to other genders though. Neither of us are interested in anyone else, but I can get a little jelous and he can be kind of protective, but it just kind of... works out. I dont know, tell me if I'm setting myself up for disaster...

Choosing a religion.

18/F So basically, I want to become more conservative with how I dress...and beyond that live a pure life. (Do charity...speak kindly to others.) What is a religion I could get involved in? But, the tricky part is: I don't really care to read or devote my life to a book. (torah, koran or bible) I just want to find a group of people who try to make a difference in their community and have values. Thanks for any suggestions!

So earlier this year, I met this guy. We became good friends because we had so much in common and enjoyed spending time together. We started hanging out more and more, and we've become really attached, I guess you could say. He recently told me that he really likes me more than a friend, and I told him I feel the same. But, I'm going away to college in 3 months. I'm going to a college that's only about an hour away, but I see college as a totally new experience, somewhere where I'll meet a lot of new people and have a ton of schoolwork that will keep me really busy. Plus, I won't be home that often. But, this guy really wants to date me, and honestly, I want to date him because he's amazing. In my heart, though, I feel like dating right now...

My name is Miranda and i am 16 years old and in 11th grade and i am currently taking some college classes to get ahead. My younger sister skipped my current teachers class alot and i am pretty sure my teacher hates me for it. Because lately everytime i ask for help she just ignores me and moves on to the next lesson and also every paper i type she gives me a zero because she says i plagerized it or that the websites i used don't exist. i am to my breaking point and if i fail the class i will get black listed and not be able to get into any college. I need advice on what to do. HELP ME PLEASE.

my cake overflowed....

I made a cake today from scratch, same recipe I have been using for about 15 yrs now. This was the first time it actually over flowed in the oven..what a mess it made.(used same size pans)
I checked the recipe several times I did everything right. It was a choc cake recipe, called for 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda, and the usual 2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt,¾ cup cocoa, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup veg oil, 1 cup hot coffee, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla..
that's the recipe, any thoughts on what could make this happen? To me the cake does have an odd taste to it. But...hubby says it's fine, he'd say that as he wants choc cake so bad tonight for dessert. So...can something I used be bad even though they are not old?

So I did ask a question about this before but this is a lot shorter and not exactly askign the same thing...
One of my really good friends sent be a bumper sticker on Facebook the day before yesterday. The message that went along with it said something like, "Just a heads up! Please come back!" and the bumper sticker said "I miss you... the old you."
