For the record even If you're "ugly" , that doesn't mean you wouldnt get a boyfriend.
If you "need" a boyfriend, it just shows your lack of maturity.
You can't just NEED a boyfriend. If you were fond of someone you could. You can't just plan or force yourself to find someone.

Why do you have the NEED to be in a relationship? If you like the idea of a relationship thats good, but don't start out looking for one because it always ends in tears.
If you want to start getting to know more boys, prehaps different ages, try to join as many clubs and activites as possible. If you know someone older, maybe a cousin, ask if you can hang out with them. That way you'll be around who act as mature as you.

I'm not exactly sure what you're question is but...
There are guys practically everywhere. Try the mall and the movies: especially if you're a teen. If you are a bit older try the clubs.
Why do you "need" a boyfriend anyways. I'm pretty sure not every guy at your school is immature. You should take a day to evaluate all the guys thoroughly and see which one is boyfriend material. Try to get to know some of them you may start to like one of them.
