mkay. well this is katas fran. but I neeeeeeed help now!
Okay. Well there is this guy I like and I have known him for about 3 years. We were okay friends a while ago, and then I started to like him. I was to embaressed to tell him though. Eventually it got around school that I liked him, but he didn't believe them because we were such good friends. So I got over him. Then I find out that he likes me, and he asked me to the dance, but I said no :/ bigg mistake!
But anywats we became really good friends. Now this year, he recently wrote in my yearbook saying that he thinks I'm cool, and that it sucked that we liked each other @ different times. And that now he wishes we could get "closer" with a ;) face...

Does drinking hard liquor speed up aging?

Well I like to drink for fun sometimes and when i was talking to someone they said that hard liquor speeds up the aging process. So I was just wondering if that is true or not. Cause I'm drinking Bacardi 151 and Absolute and yea.

Ok so my friend has just been dumped by her boyfriend after 20 months of bing together (im a guy 17 shes 17) shes my best friend but i jsut dont know how to give her advice :( i really want to make her think that life goes on she will eventually get over himn even though its going to be hard as hell, i was talking to her today she was in tears of course and much like every guy with a crying girl we have no fucking clue what to do or say, i really want to help her even if its the tiniest bit but i dont know how :( how do i give her advice? what should i keep in mind? how i do stay levl headed and not make my self so awkwardly uncomfortable when girls are like this. thanks for you time and effort and interest in my question

Best way to exercise

Ok. So i have read that the best thing to do is start simple and move up. Right now I do about 10 minuites high impact one day and maybe 20 minutes low impact another day maybe like 5 days a week. I have heard on this though that it is better to do a longer period of time, So how does this sound...(I do aerobics and belly dancing) I can do 30 minuites I will do maybe 20 minuites low impact and then 10 minuites high impact, or like 2-10 minuite high impact with a 10 minuite low impack in between and i will do this 3-4 times a week. Is this a better idea? I am working out for moderate paced weight loss and a life long change.

I'm really paranoid and it's causing me to waste a lot of my time and have many missed oppurtunities. I tend to apologzie for things a lot. Like if I'm being to loud in my cousins car I'll apologize. If I talk too much about the guy I like to my friends I apologize, (and I know that they really don't mind it, they've expressed that to me a lot). I'm always afraid that I'm bothering people. I suggest to some of my school friends that we hang out sometime and that I'll text them, and sometimes I wimp out because I'm scared that I'm bothering them. And I can't even talk to the guy I like outside of school or by text (I told him that I liked him about a month and a half ago, and it kinda freaked him out, and he never really clearly respon...

I took my last final as a junior in highschool yesterday. My boyfriend, of almost a year, takes his last final as a senior June 4th. In mid-august he ships out for the navy.

this year on july 5th would've been a 2 year anniversary for me & an ex boyfriend. we didn't date for an extremely long time, but i fell really hard for him. he was my first real boyfriend. even since we've been broken up for a long time.. the feelings that i had for him have never went away. we still talk all the time. and he has new girlfriend. actually, he's still with the girl he cheated on me with. of course i have major feelings for this kid, but i know we can only be fiends. but for some reason no matter how many times i tell myself that i can't even start dating him again, i'm always torn by every little thing he says to/about me. like when he calls me beautiful.. i seriously just melt. and it's like i'm still a 13 year old girl...

My friends and I broke out in an extreamly verbal fight yesterday. My best friend, Alexis heard I was telling everyone she likes this boy, Ben, whom I happen to like. The truth is when people asked me if she liked him, I always told them I really didn't know! I mean, she's my best friend, I wouldn't do that to her. I'm 13 and I live in HK. My school doesn't let us have bangs and we have to get rid of it before Monday, but the problem is, without bangs I look really bad, and I love my side swept bangs now. So I was thinking, should i get the full on bangs? But the problem is, it causes zits and pimples on my forehead. Is there any other options or is there a way to reduce the zits? Or should I just clip it up and when she's gone let it down? (risky though. she is NOT the kind of teacher you mess with :S)

Anxiety

I have bad bad bad anxiety. I get really, abnormally nervous about everything I do. I'm almost eighteen years old and I've never had a job and I don't even have my license yet. I'm always having panic attacks and I even freak out about hanging out with my own friends. I tend to avoid social situations all the time. So my question is, will this ever go away? It just seems like it's getting worse. People that know what they're talking about and have been through this only answer please. I'm just scared it will keep getting worse and I'll turn into one of those people who never leaves the house.

If I do 5-10 minute exercises throughout the day instead of 1-50 minute exercise, will it have the same effect, because I am still burning the same ammount of calories right? assuming I do a 10 minute workout at 170 calories burned.

Paid to do sruveys

Has anyone tried to do these sruveys where you get paid to do them. I live in a small town now and it is a little combersome to get a new job that is close to home. I would enjoy working from home and I have all day to be on the computer so I wouldn't mind doing the surveys. Has anyone successfully done it and gotten a check? Do you know a good company?
