If I do 5-10 minute exercises throughout the day instead of 1-50 minute exercise, will it have the same effect, because I am still burning the same ammount of calories right? assuming I do a 10 minute workout at 170 calories burned.
Thank you

The point of exercise is to tire out your body so that it must become more healthy in order to keep up with the stress you put on it. You need to send a message to your body that says it needs to cut weight or that your heart and lungs need to be stronger. You do this by exercising beyond what's easy for you.
