adding incentives to an affiliate site

Question Posted Friday May 22 2009, 1:07 pm

I have an incentive site I am not allowed to edit. I want to add an incentive to it somehow and deliver it to the customer online (it is a coupon code) How do I do this? Also, how do I tell them about the incentive - do I have to place it in a separate ad?

Hi there,

I would build a gateway page for your incentives site.

Basically it works like this:

You send your visitors to the gateway page which explains your incentive, then they go on to the affiliate site.

There really isn't much in the way of another option here, unless the affiliate program will allow you to frame the site, which would let you put the code in a frame on the screen with the affiliate site, or even let you use a SLIDE-IN type ad to show the coupon code.

Happy incentivizing!
