Harrasment?

I work in an Italian restaurant as a waiter.
I have been working there for about 4 months or so.
My boss is a very vulgar, and rude man.
He constantly yells at all of the waiters and waitresses every night. Even when we do nothing wrong. When he makes a mistake, we are the ones who are wrong. Me being one of the only two male Waiters in this restaurant he feels comfortable saying very sexual things about women, and other stuff. Now I joke with my friends about different stuff sexual, what 18 year old boy doesnt. I am tired of the sexual harrasment and mental abuse that he dishes out everyday.
My question is, if i were to quit and want to take action in court, would i be able to?
And how would i go about it?

I am in a relationship with a man who has been divorced 4 years. I have children, and so does he. We all have a good time. I really love this man, and we live together. His family thinks we are good together, and we both can see the long haul.
His ex hates me, and will do anything to keep me from being around her children. She blames me for the separation, wants me to go away. In three years I have seen her twice, but each time she has flipped out, caused a scene, and been really angry.
She punishes the kids if they are around me.

Football vs track

So im an offensive lineman for my football team and im basically the the entire line, im the only one on the team that is athletic, strong and fast. The thing is though is that Im not quite sure I want to play. Ive been working out since January and no one thinks i dont like football because i was encourage other ppl to play and im just like the prototypical jock, so quitting football would be ridiculously hard, and my coach would be pissed becasue the talked to me and said i hav a good chance to play for teams like USC, Miami, Penn State, etc. I know that would be awesome but its not my "love". How do you guys deal with hurtful feedback?

I've been on Advicenators for a few years, on and off, and this hasn't been a problem so far.
I received a very hurtful feedback to a question that I tried my darndest to answer well! I know we can file a report, but it wasn't exactly hateful. The person who wrote it was obviously upset, and directed that towards me, even though I obviously put a great deal of effort into my response.
Now I'm seriously thinking of leaving the site. Honestly, I'm only here to help (just like everyone else here) and if people aren't grateful, what's the point in wasting my time?
Rant's over. My actual question is, how do you guys keep from getting upset over hurtful feedback? I'd try not to take it personally, but it is personal. My feelings are hurt :(

GarageBand Question *NEED ADVICE NOW!*

Okay, so in GarageBand, whenever I record, it has a beat. When I am talking or singing, it's SUPERBLY annoying, so much so that I want to hurt the program because NOTHING THAT I DO makes the beat stop going! Can anyone tell me how to turn off the beat? Thanks!

Cheesecake Designs???

Well, my birthday's coming up and I really only want on thing (other than snow) is a special cake. The design I want is of Byakuya Kuchiki (from Bleach) in strawberry sauce on a strawberry cheesecake. I don't really know if this is possible, but it's worth a shot, so yea. My question is, do they have any shops in the district of Van Buren County, Michigan that can do this? If not... Well, is there a place similiar? I wasn't able to find any, but if anyone has a way for me to get that kind of cake, I would be very grateful! Thank you!

ok so i have been friends and a little more than friends with this girl. for like 7 to 8 years. we have talked about dating but for some odd reason things always get in the way... right now i am in college and i see her on the weekends. which is great but its not enough time to spend with her and build a solid boyfriend / girlfriend relationship. i was offered a management position at a very well known company but the problem is that she doesn't want me to take it because then we wont see each other at all!!! a part of me wants to take the job but then the other part of me is saying that she means way too much to me to not see her... tell me what would you do if you were in my situation???

Need Vacation Time and Boss Says No!!!

Hi i have been working at my current job for over a year now. I am entitled to 3 weeks vacation time. I scheduled time in April but we got very short staffed and my boss made me work during my time that was aready approved. Now I need a week off in july. I open the building where i work and there is only one more person with the alarm, i am starting shool in Spetember and really want this time off. they don't want to give it to me. What are my rights. Can i just call in sick or something or can they fire me. Can i write up a request for the days off and just not go. i don't want to be fired. But i am going on this trip (CUBA) no matter what. What should i do. Btw what resort do you reccomend in varadero???

hey there!
I'd really appreciate it if someone helped me out... i am trying to find an answer to my dilemma...
i am very healthy... i haven't gotten sick in 8 years! not a cold... and generally my intuition is pretty good in deciphering my body needs... so i regularly know when i need to do what. if i don't sleep for 3 days or so i can manage if i slept over the weekend. i usually tend to eat the stuff that i crave that i know i need... for instance the other day i was craving apricots and lobster... weird i know! but i checked and both had vitamin A which is good for your eye.. and lately i've been over exhausting them with studying... so you see i usually tend to know what i want.... howeverrrr my problem is my diet....

Leaving boyfriend alone with roommate

My boyfriend of 3 years, "Dave" and I have recently moved into an apartment with his friend, "Bob" and Bob's girlfriend, "April".
Bob has to go to basic training for 4 months so it is only Dave and I plus April.
I have to house sit for my grandparents for a week while they are on vacation and am over an hour away from the apartment so I'm nervous leaving Dave and April alone.
I trust him, but I came over to visit yesterday and walked in the room and he was on the computer in our room (he had no shirt on and pj bottoms) while she was on the bed watching him.
I don't know her that well and it freaked me out that a stranger is in our room with my personal...

i've got songs on my iphone and i just got a new computer and i'm wondering how i can get my songs on the computer? I had a similar problem and i used Xilisoft Ipod Rip and it worked great but now when i download it and use it, the program just stops running and quits. Does anybody know good FREE ipod rips that are for macs?
I dont want the ones where you can only do 100 or 200 songs. I have over 1000 songs.

mattress sweat stains

ok so this is REALLY embarrassing for me to ask, so pardon me if this is akward.
I masterbate at night in my bed and recently i've noticed a sweat stain start to form on my mattress. I am freaking out here because my parents don't know i do this sort of stuff and if they saw the sweat stain they'd get suspicious and ask me questions and it would just be SOOO akward. so my question here is... how do i get rid of this sweat stain ASAP!! i have a twin size bed and the stain is fairly large, and i'm on summer break now so i have some time home alone so that way i can get rid of it.
