Psychology is probably your best bet, though I'm not a college counselor.

Talk to your high school counselor or your college counselor, depending on how old you are at the moment.

Sex Therapy is a form of psychology so most likely you would have to take courses dealing with psychology and probably education ones as well like when you took courses in middle and high school about sex education. You are helping couples with their relationship intimately so you need to know about the different behaviors of individuals. If you visit campuses they will point you in the right direction and tell you exactly what courses to take and how long it will take for you to finish.
