Social Anxiety

My mom says she thinks I have social anxiety, one of my close friend said she agreed, and I think my psychologist might agrees although she hasn't said so to me directly. I have always disagreed and think I'm just fine but recently I have started to wonder. I avoid people at all costs, even my friends because I'm afraid of doing something wrong, saying something stupid, or otherwise embarassing myself. I hate meeting new people and I can barely talk to people I don't know, its hard enough talk to those that I do know. I can't even bring myself to go up and talk to anyone outside my immediate family (my mom and two sisters)without being poked and prodded. I don't like leaving my house and I try not to because I'm afraid I might look stupid o...

Hi i met a wonderful man and married him i now live in new york but i came from england i have all my family in england i have been here for nearlly 4 years but i miss my family so much i dont know what to i want to go back and be with them but also want to be with my husband i am so sad at times it is so hard as i have no freinds just his daughter here and her son i feel like i dont know what to do i am so confused please help me

L-glutathione

I'm 14, and I've got a fair amount of skin discolorations. Reading up a ton on things to help, I've come across a certain ingredient many times in skin whitening products--
L-glutathione.
It seems like a miracle, especially when taken as an oral supplement! Helps pimples, evens skin tone, improves overall health, helps your liver.. It just seems like a miracle.
But, is it too good to be true?
and, if I DO take it to help with my skin problems, might my skin become TOO white and look sickly since I'm already kinda pale?
My shade in (covergirl) make up is 'Natural Ivory', so that might help you get an idea of my skintone.

Player Or for Real?

I have this one friend, he comes off as a player, I guess you can say. He hits on pretty much any girl that comes his way.
But him and me have been good friends for a while. And I think I like him. Yeah. Not a good choice.
But I'm not sure if he likes me back.
He calls me pretty much everyday.
He wants to hang out whenever we can.
He calls me 'sexy'
But when he says 'I love you' I think he just means it, as if we're just friends.
"I'm just kidding, I love you" would be something he would say.
Any advice on what I should do next? Or where I stand?

okay so my boyfriend broke up with me the end of april and i believe i do still have feelings for him. (we're both virgins and never had sex together, we dated for close to a year and i was actually thinking about having sex with him like right before we broke up..btw i didn't see the breakup coming) i had this dream that we had sex the night he broke up with me. after we broke up we waited awhile to hang out...now its july and we've hung out a few times and i had the same exact dream the night he broke up with me...does anyone know what or if this means anything?

hey ,...... i am going into high school and i want to make an IMPRESSION i dont wanna be laid back i want to show my true personality , which is a total girly girl. so heres my problem i have a lot of friends who are drug addicts from pill heads to pin cushions (heroine addicts. My brother is friends with some of my friends and he's always like you shouldnt hang out with them or your going to end up like them, but its like most of these people ive been friends with for years and the only thing ive done is pot, witch everyone on the planet has at least tried once. Vegitarian

i have recently become an lacto-ovo vegitarian. its been a couple of months now. in the past couple of days, i get these dizzy spells that come and go, and i just feel kinda crappy. is this from lack of iron or another type of supplement? are there alternate foods besides meat so i can get my daily quantities? i would also appreciate any advice, or comments. thanks!

So I was in this relationship with this guy.
He was perfect, but we ended it.
We barely saw each other.
The day we broke up, he went to his friend's house,
because he was upset.
His friend, who is a girl, confessed her feelings for him, which continued with him asking her out.
They had sex that night, as well.
I don't believe in pre-marital sex,
yet, he does.

Anyways, we got into another right because

18th birthday

Counseling

My boyfriend (24m) is having some problems with depression. He's on medication for it, but medication alone isn't a solution. I urged him to seek out counseling, and he actually listened to me.
He had one session and told me that he was incredibly frustrated and angry and didn't want to do it anymore. I convinced him to try again.
I've tried to explain to him that counseling helps because it allows the individual (or couple, or family) to speak with an outside, objective person, someone who isn't involved in the situation. The objectivity helps because the therapist's opinions and suggestions are unbiased and (usually) knowledgeable, and focus on finding the best solution to help the individual with the problem at hand. I supposed to have my period today, but I didn't get it. All I know is that during the ovulation I was very worried because of exams. My breast hurt me a bit...when my period is due to they hurt me. Is it possible that my period is due to??
I didn't have sex, my bf only touched my vagina and breast (we had clothes on, so sperm couldn't get into my vagina if he had an orgasm right?)
What could it be? It is only late by 1 day.

My rat keeps sneezing?!

Help! I got my rat 2 weeks ago! And she keeps sneezing too! I've changed her bedding from aspen to EcoClean or something like that, it's crinkled paper together. She's pretty active when it's not nap time (like right now). She eats good, poops many times a day, but it's not runny, it's normal. She pees on me a lot and brux a lot. She's got bright eyes, but she's albino anyway. She was a feeder rat. Help please? Her sneezes are constant, and for really no reason. Right now she's quiet but as I said, she's asleep. I feel her toasted oats, chicken and apples baby food, carrots, rat pellets, and seeds. Please, is she going to be okay? I have a vet appointment scheduled for tomorrow.
