There's no universal favorite when it comes to either sex. Each person finds something different to be pleasurable. The thing to do is ask him to try other positions that you find more comfortable or have interest in.
We're limited in what we can tell you because it can't border on how-to. I can say if he enjoys missionary and you don't to try and reverse it so you're the one in complete control. Doggy style and side by side positions are also pleasurable for both partners.
There are other resources, fact sheets, articles and books and even search engines that will go into detail. Find something and run it by him to try. At 14 you're kind of young to be doing this and worrying about it.
I have to point that out or I wouldn't be doing my job here. Talk to your partner, be careful and do a lot of reading together so you're well informed and safe.
Every guy and every girl are different when it comes to what is pleasurable, what hurts and what is uncomfortable. You need to ask him this and if he'll try different things out.
