I'm 14, and I've got a fair amount of skin discolorations. Reading up a ton on things to help, I've come across a certain ingredient many times in skin whitening products--
L-glutathione.
It seems like a miracle, especially when taken as an oral supplement! Helps pimples, evens skin tone, improves overall health, helps your liver.. It just seems like a miracle.
But, is it too good to be true?
and, if I DO take it to help with my skin problems, might my skin become TOO white and look sickly since I'm already kinda pale?
My shade in (covergirl) make up is 'Natural Ivory', so that might help you get an idea of my skintone.
Personally, I think pale is pretty, even though I'm a 14 year old American girl. I don't care if someone laughs at me for not being tan--I just want to be happy with myself. I like my skin color pretty well, just not the condition of it and the pigmented spots/unhealthy look of it..
