Ok im female and 17 and i got the worst belly ever its like im having a baby not like really fat but like theres a pile of fat that sticks out and im really embarassed i feel im putting on more and more weight i used to be slim and now im all Fat!!!!! i won't let my bf touch my belly when i see him its like a fear!!! is there anything i can do please help. x x x many thanx

I'm trying to lose fat in my thighs, bottom part of my legs, and the bottom part of my stomache. I'm not fat at all, like i weigh 110 and i'm 5' 3" so its normal but i just want to lose that access fat. So what are some ways I could do that? What excercises could I do? Thanks in advance!

okay so over the winter i got myself a little belly.. i mean i only weigh 113 pounds and im 16.. but i have like a gut and its not very attractice, i just want a flat stomache. I dont wanna run out in the cold because it hurts my lungs but i wanna get started now on fixing my stomach so its nice by summer. Does anyone know anything i can do like a certain cruch or sit up or take or diet pill or something?!?!

so recently ive been trying to lose some weight. running, eating right (or trying) and mentally training my mind. ive lost some weight but i just cant seem to lose anymore.. and its really making me rethink the whole process and just want to give up. what should i do?

Okay, I'm 21/f and have always struggled with my weight. I'm 5'5" and I weigh just under 12 stone (I think around 167 lbs). It doesn't help that i'm pretty muscular as I play sports. I'm the sort of girl who can lose weight really easily but can also put on weight equally as quickly. I know the easiest way for me to lose weight is to do a lot of exercise, as I can lose about 3 lbs a week as well as getting toned up. Problem is I have absolutely no motivation to do anything at all, let alone exercise. Also I've just been living off takeaways and junk food for the past two weeks which obviously isn't helping. I know I need to eat right but at the moment like I said I ahve no motivation, so can't be bothered to cook for myself.

I am quite small and don't have much fat on my body. I weigh 90 pounds and i'm about 4' 10.5'' I have very muscualar legs, arms, and shoulders. My problem area: my lower stomache. I have a minor pot belly. YUCKKK!
I'm in 7th grade and have a really busy schedule. The only time i could fit in some excercise would be when i get home from school, but im usually famished and need some rest. I'm not fat and i will never think that EVER no matter what. I accept who I am completely, but I do think staying healthy is important. I need help motivating myself to leg lifts and that crap. i don't like it! It hurts! What can i do to motviate myself and fit in an excersise schedule?

Sometimes... I feel so chubby.
Well, like most young teenagers, I'm obsessed with my weight and staying healthy. Actually, it's not exactly my weight... It's just that I look kind of fat. I'm 14 years old... I stand at 5' 1" and I weigh just about 105 pounds... I never thought that I was over-weight (but am I?)... It's just I look fatter than how much I really weigh. Is that even normal? Does that even make sense?(o.O) My friends are always telling me I look fine and that I'm "skinny" but I know they're just saying that so I won't feel bad. A lot of my friends weigh more than me and are taller than me... but they look more... normal. Sometimes I just think I'm insecure... or something... Should I exercise more ...

i've recently changed my eating. here are two days worth of eating examples;;
1. no breakfast( i woke up too late)
lunch-2 peices of wheat bread, 1tbsp of mayo & 2 tbsp of honey. and lettuce. ( no lunch meat )( total=345 calories)

dinner-banana
nature valley bars
chives & sour cream baked potato frm wendys
snacks-apples
about 900 caloires

ok im 13/f 110lbs 5'3 and i look so fat!! people say that im skinny but i wanna lose weight the only problem is lyk i can stop eating like i can even stop eating junk i tryed not eating and it just made me so hungry that i ate even more then i normally would have so what should i do and if you are goin to tell me to exercise than just know im not goin out and gettin stupid machine things.

Ever since I lost a very small amount of weight over the last few years my boobs got smaller. I went from a large B-cup to a 34 A-cup. What happened? I feel that if my boobs would stick out a bit more my stomache would not look so large since I am a large person. Would my boobs being bigger make the rest of me look smaller?

Okay I am a large person yet personally I think I am starting to look a bit better like I might actually have lost a few pounds. However my scale is saying the opposite, that I have gained a LOT of weight. What is going on?

i weigh almost 100 pounds & i think im like a dinosaur.
but my main concern is my love handles.
thats like above the hips. its super gross.
what are good easy ways to get rid of them?

and i weigh 92 pounds
i want to lose weight but my doctor said it would be unhealthy. so im kind of looking to tone-up my body in a more healthy way. and i'm not aloud to go on a diet

ok well i need to lose weight basically everywhere but i want to lose it on my arms mostly so i can wear t-shirts and not just wear sweatshirts to school. if i put my arms out liek a t its flabby underneath but if i put them down to my side its like towards the back of my arm, how would i lose that and make my arms tone.
ill rate 5's please help i dont want to wear sweatshirts anymore!

Im 13. Im "big boned". And i weight about 127, Im a 36B, And Im 5'0ft. I'd have to loose atleast 20 pounds for my stomache to even get close to flat enough for any abs, at all.
my arms are fat, and need mad toning. But i love my thighs, and i'd my legs to be a tad more muscle. Sugeestions, tips? help..
