how can i tone my lower stomach other than crunches ?

Okay, so they are kind of the same thing as crunches, but if you do them right, they are the best thing that you could do. Make sure that you legs are bent and your hands are crossed across your chest. then, without lifting your legs, sit up all the way until your chest is touching your knees. You can change that a little by like going to the side. Like one hand to the opposite knee and then do that with the other hand. You can also keep you knees bent and then put them in the air and then reach your hands out and then like reach for the air. Like sit up, but keep your knees in the air.
