What the? Okay I am a large person yet personally I think I am starting to look a bit better like I might actually have lost a few pounds. However my scale is saying the opposite, that I have gained a LOT of weight. What is going on?

have you ever heard of a thing called puberty?
It is way FREAKY! ]
The scale has no way of telling the difference between muscle and fat. If you've been exercising, you probably made your muscles a lot stronger, and muscles have weight too. The best thing to do is go by inches rather than pounds. Instead of concentrating on what the scale says, concentrate on what size jeans you can fit into. ]
