Okay I am a large person yet personally I think I am starting to look a bit better like I might actually have lost a few pounds. However my scale is saying the opposite, that I have gained a LOT of weight. What is going on?

ok;;first of i'm not a health/fitness expert but i do know sum stuff.
i agree with the one person, the scale doesn't show for muscle & fat.
you most likely have gained muscle.
do cardio and weight training.
a great video for you to get for only about $10 is the biggest loser. it has cardio, weight training & sculpting & boot camp. its great, fun, and effective. you actually sweat!

If you've been exercising, you probably made your muscles a lot stronger, and muscles have weight too. The best thing to do is go by inches rather than pounds. Instead of concentrating on what the scale says, concentrate on what size jeans you can fit into. [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]
